Nitrox EAN 24 Equivalent Air Depth (EAD) table

At EAN 24, the Equivalent Air Depth (EAD) is significantly shallower than your actual dive depth. This means you benefit from reduced nitrogen absorption compared to breathing air at the same depth, allowing for longer bottom times or more conservative decompression planning.
What is Equivalent Air Depth?
The Equivalent Air Depth (EAD) is the depth at which breathing air would produce the same nitrogen partial pressure as your Nitrox mix at the actual depth. It allows you to use standard air decompression tables while diving with Nitrox.
